With a mission to keep athletes active and thriving in their chosen sports for as long as possible, Eternal provides members with a holistic understanding of their health, fitness, and benchmarks for key markers of the aging process along with guidance from high-performance care teams to support every stage of an athlete’s journey.
“Fitter folks in their thirties and beyond are inundated with tactics to help them look, feel, perform, and age better, yet so few have a comprehensive strategy to truly sustain their health,” said Alex Mather, founder and CEO of Eternal. “Eternal will assess them in a truly holistic way, giving them the proper benchmarks from which to build their approach. Our care team of coaches, doctors, and specialists will then help them set goals and hold them accountable for driving results for the rest of their lives. Aging is an insanely lonely process and we’re dedicated to solving this.”
Eternal's innovative approach combines robust assessments and medical diagnostics with ongoing guidance and accountability coaching. Every member's experience is customized based on their activity type, life stage, goals, and specific areas of concern. Whether optimizing performance, addressing injuries, adapting to hormonal shifts, or managing long-term health, Eternal’s personalized care model ensures athletes receive the expertise and support they need.
"Proactive health care has the power to transform lives by improving quality of life and reducing the long-term costs of chronic disease. However, navigating the journey to better health is often confusing, fragmented, and frustrating,” said Mel Strong, managing partner at Next Ventures. “Eternal addresses this challenge by unifying all aspects of health, longevity, and performance into a seamless, personalized experience. Their dedicated care team works closely to evaluate each individual’s unique goals and assessments, creating a comprehensive strategy for success. We’re thrilled to partner with the Eternal team to bring this truly integrated and proactive health and performance care model to life."
